  • Panthers Fall to #2 Niagara
    May 03, 2025
    The Panthers squared off against one of the top teams in the nation on Saturday, travelling to Niagara Falls to take on SUNY Niagara. The Panthers lost both ends of the doubleheader, falling by scores of 10-0 and 9-1. TC3 is now 8-32 overall and 4-22 in the Region 3 West Division. Niagara, the only undefeated NJCAA team in the nation, improves to 44-0 overall and 25-0 in West Division.
  • Two Road Losses for Panthers

    The road was unkind to the Panthers on Thursday as the team traveled to Genesee Community College and lost both ends of a doubleheader. TC3 is now 8-30 overall and 5-17 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Genesee improves to 30-18 overall and 17-5 in conference.
  • Panthers Drop Two at Home to Finger Lakes

    Tompkins Cortland Community College hosted a Mid-State Athletic Conference doubleheader against Finger Lakes Community College on Tuesday. The Panthers dropped both games to fall to 8-28 overall and 5-15 in the MSAC. Finger Lakes moves to 30-16 overall and 13-6 in conference.

    Sunday was a tough day of baseball for the Panthers as the team lost both ends of a doubleheader at Erie Community College. TC3 drops to 8-26 overall and 4-16 in the Region 3 West Division. Erie improves to 25-21 overall and 15-8 in the West Division.
  • Panthers Drop Two Tight Game with Erie

     A long afternoon ended with a pair of close losses for the Panthers on Friday. Playing host to Erie Community College, the Panthers lost by scores of 10-8 and 5-3, with the first game going to extra innings and the second game shortened due to darkness. TC3 is now 8-24 overall and 4-14 in the Region 3 West Division. Erie is 23-21 overall and 13-8 in the West Division.
  • Panthers Split DH with Jamestown
    April 24, 2025
    Another strong outing by Talfourd Wynne (Philadelphia/Indian River H.S.) helped the Panthers earn a doubleheader split with Jamestown Community College on Thursday. TC3 won the opener 7-2 behind Wynne before dropping the second game by the same 7-2 score. The Panthers are now 8-22 overall and 4-12 in the Region 3 West Division. Jamestown stands at 11-19 overall and 7-11 in the West Division.

    The offensive struggles continued for Panthers baseball on Tuesday as the team dropped a doubleheader at Jamestown, 3-1 and 15-1, marking the ninth time this year the Panthers have scored one or fewer runs in game. TC3 is in now 7-21 overall and 3-11 in the Region 3 West Division. Jamestown improves to 10-18 overall and 6-10 in the West Division.

    A rally that ended with a win in game one and a rally that came up just short in game two gave the Panthers a doubleheader split with Corning Community College on Thursday. TC3 is in now 7-19 overall, 3-9 in the Region 3 West Division, and 5-13 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Corning stands at 2-26 overall, 1-19 in the West Division, and 1-9 in the MSAC.

The record stands at 6-18 overall, 2-8 in the Region 3 West Division, and 4-12 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Finger Lakes is 19-10 overall, 9-4 in the West Division, and 5-4 in the MSAC.

The Panthers are now 6-16 overall, 2-6 in the Region 3 West Division, and 4-10 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Corning falls to 1-23 overall, 0-16 in the West Division, and 0-8 in the MSAC.

    Playing host to Division II Monroe Community College, the Panthers baseball team had another rough outing, dropping both ends of a doubleheader to the Tribunes. The losses leave the Panthers at 4-12 on the season while Monroe improves to 8-6.

    The Panthers baseball skid hit six games Sunday with a pair of losses at Onondaga Community College. The Panthers drop to 4-10 overall, 0-4 in the Region 3 West Division, and 2-8 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Onondaga improves to 8-4 overall, 4-0 in the West Division, and 6-2 in the MSAC.
  • Panthers Swept by Onondaga
    March 22, 2025
    Not much went right for the Panthers on a cold, windy, and snowy Saturday as the baseball team dropped a doubleheader to Onondaga Community College. Each game only went five innings, but for very different reasons: game one was stopped due to the run-rule with the Lazers winning 22-1; game two was stopped due to the blustery conditions with Onondaga winning 1-0. The results leave the Panthers at 4-8 overall, 0-2 in the Region 3 West Division, and 2-6 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Onondaga improves to 6-4 overall, 2-0 in the West Division, and 4-2 in the MSAC.
  • Panthers Drop Pair to Cayuga

    The Panthers string of four straight doubleheader splits came to an end on Tuesday when Cayuga swept both games at the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex, topping TC3 by scores of 13-3 and 13-5. The Panthers are now 4-8 overall and 2-4 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Cayuga improves to 7-3 overall and 5-1 in the MSAC. Game One: Cayuga 13, Tompkins Cortland 3 (six innings)
  • Panthers Split Non-Region Twinbill in NJ
    March 15, 2025
    The Panthers baseball team split a non-region doubleheader on Friday, dropping the opener to Ocean County College (N.J.) 7-1 before coming back to win the nightcap 13-12 in extra innings. The Panthers are now 3-5 on the year; the Vikings are 2-10.
  • Panthers Take Nightcap for DH Split with Broome
    March 15, 2025
    After dropping the opener to SUNY Broome, the Panthers gave the ball to Talfourd Wynne (Philadelphia/Indian River H.S.) for game two, and the home team was rewarded with a gem. Wynne led the way as the Panthers earned a split with the Hornets to move to 4-6 on the year and 2-2 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Broome is 1-3 overall and 1-1 in the MSAC.
  • Panthers Baseball Splits with Jefferson in MSAC Opener
    March 11, 2025
    After opening the season with a pair of out-of-state doubleheaders, the Panthers baseball team hosted its first Mid-State Athletic Conference games on Tuesday, splitting a doubleheader with Jefferson Community College. The Panthers won the opener 14-4 before dropping the nightcap 12-9. The Panthers are now 2-4 overall and 1-1 in the MSAC. It was the first time out this season for Jefferson.
  • Baseball vs. Hudson Valley Cancelled

    The doubleheader scheduled for March 9 against Hudson Valley Community College has been cancelled due to forecasted temperatures. The Panthers will look to open Mid-State Athletic Conference play on Tuesday, March 11 against Jefferson Community College.
