The Panthers are now 5-9 overall and 3-5 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Cayuga is 7-10 overall and also 3-5 in the MSAC.

Panthers Women Edge Finger LakesJanuary 25, 2025Playing with just five available players, the Panthers women’s basketball team pulled out a gritty 43-29 win over Finger Lakes Community College Saturday. The win moves the Panthers to 5-8 overall and 3-4 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Finger Lakes is now 6-8 overall and 3-4 in the MSAC.

Panthers Drop Road Game to JeffersonJanuary 15, 2025For the second time in a week, the Panther women’s basketball team took the court against nationally ranked Jefferson Community College. Wednesday night’s game, this one at Jefferson, ended the same as last week’s, with the Panthers falling to the Cannoneers. The 78-37 final drops Tompkins Cortland to 4-7 overall and 2-4 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Jefferson improves to 8-4 overall and 6-0 in the MSAC.

The first game in over a month was a tough one for the home team, as Jefferson handed the Panthers a 74-35 defeat. Tompkins Cortland is now 3-5 overall and 1-2 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Jefferson is 6-4 overall and 4-0 in the MSAC.
