October 01, 2025Three goals by Stanley Wiggins (Wallyford, Scotland/Musselburgh H.S.) helped the Panthers men’s soccer team snap a four-game skid by beating SUNY Broome 4-1. The road win moves the Panthers to 2-4-1 overall and 1-3-1 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Broome falls to 1-7-0 overall and 0-5-0 in the MSAC. -

September 24, 2025Playing with a roster depleted by injuries, the Panthers men’s soccer team was over-matched on Wednesday, losing at Cayuga Community College 13-0. The fourth loss in a row leaves the Panthers with a record of 1-4-1 overall and 0-3-1 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Cayuga is now 5-1-0 overall and 3-1-0 in the MSAC. -

Genesee is now 4-1-0 overall and 2-0-0 in the MSAC. -

September 03, 2025A late goal by freshman Caspar Kirby (Gerrards Cross, England/Berkshire College of Agriculture) gave the Tompkins Cortland Community College men’s soccer team a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Onondaga Community College on Wednesday. The result leaves the Panthers with a record of 1-0-1 overall and 0-0-1 in Mid-State Athletic Conference. It was the season-opener for Onondaga. -

Ten Panthers Honored by NJCAA for Academic Excellence
July 25, 2025Ten Tompkins Cortland Community College student-athletes have been honored for their academic excellence by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). All ten were named NJCAA Region 3 Academic All-Region while eight also garnered national NJCAA All-Academic Team honors. -

Playoff Loss Ends Season for Panthers
October 20, 2024For the fourth straight year, the Panthers men’s soccer team earned a spot in the NJCAA Region 3 playoffs. And for the fourth straight time, the Panthers came up just short in the quarterfinal round. On Sunday, the Panthers traveled to Jefferson Community College and came home on the short end of a 2-0 final. Tompkins Cortland ends the season with a record of 4-9. Jefferson advances to the semifinal round with a record of 10-4-2. -
Panthers Earn #11 Seed in Region 3 Playoffs
October 17, 2024Tompkins Cortland Community College has earned the #11 seed in the Region 3 Men’s Soccer Championship tournament. The Panthers will travel to Watertown on Sunday to take on #6-seed Jefferson Community College. Game time is 1 p.m. The winner will advance to the regional quarterfinal round at #3-seed Finger Lakes Community College. -
Shutout Win for Panthers Men
October 16, 2024The Panthers men’s soccer team closed out the regular season with a win, shutting out SUNY Broome 2-0 on the road Wednesday. Tompkins Cortland ends the regular season with a record of 4-8 overall and 1-5 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Broome drops to 1-10-1 overall and 0-6 in the MSAC. -

It was the fourth loss to a team ranked in the top ten in the nation this year and drops the Panthers to 3-8 overall and 0-5 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Genesee improves to 8-5 overall and 4-2 in the MSAC. -
Game Gets Away from Panthers Men's Soccer
October 09, 2024Hosting the #3-ranked team in the nation on Wednesday, the Tompkins Cortland men’s soccer team kept the game close for a half before things got away in the second. The final result was a 6-0 los to Cayuga Community College, dropping the Panthers to 3-7 overall and 0-4 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Cayuga improves to 13-0 overall and 6-0 in the MSAC. -

After a rough stretch of games earlier in the season, the Panthers have now two of the last three to improve to 3-5 (3-5 in Region 3) on the year. Fulton-Montgomery drops to 3-4 (3-3 in Region 3). -
