Fifteen Tompkins Cortland Community College student-athletes have been honored for their academic excellence by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Region 3.
Tompkins Cortland Community College Director of Athletics Mick McDaniel has been honored by National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) at its annual convention. McDaniel was presented the NJCAA Appreciation Award, given to recognize superior contributions to the association. The presentation was made at the annual convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Golfer Kris Boyes ’08 and softball player Tayler Fravel (Wallis) ’12 have been selected to join the Tompkins Cortland Community College Panther Hall of Fame. The two will be inducted at a ceremony this spring, bringing the total to 16 people that have been voted into the Hall of Fame since its creation in 1999.
