The Panthers cross country teams took part in the Cazenovia College Homecoming Invitational Saturday. Racing in muddy conditions, five Panthers competed.

The women's field featured 44 runners, with Ariahna Metzler (Cincinnatus/Cincinnatus H.S.) coming in 20^th place with a 5K time of26:35. Lila Stone (Groton/Groton H.S.) was 34^th with a time of 29:57.

In the men's field of 63 runners, Elliott Holland (Watkins Glen/Watkins Glen H.S.) crossed the line in 35^th place with an 8K time of 36:11. Dowain Geesey (Lansing/Lansing H.S.) was 50^th with a time of 39:37. Elijah Griep (Groton/Groton H.S.) was three places back with a time of 40:14.
