Facing off against an undefeated opponent on the road, the Tompkins Cortland Community College volleyball team was overmatched Wednesday, losing to Onondaga Community College 25-12, 25-13, 25-4. The Panthers are now 0-9 overall and in Region III, and 0-3 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Onondaga improves to 10-0 overall, 8-0 in region, and 4-0 in the MSAC.

The highlights were few for the Panthers. Amanda Green (Lansing H.S./Lansing) had five assists, four digs, and an ace. Nia Stipetic (Lansing H.S./Ithaca) added four digs, two aces, and a kill.

Tompkins Cortland travels to Corning Saturday for a day of Region III action.
