Second-Straight Win for Panthers Women's Basketball

The Panthers women's basketball team led the whole way while picking up its second straight win, a 52-27 decision over Corning Community College on Thursday. Tompkins Cortland Community College is now 2-1 overall and in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Corning falls to 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the MSAC.

The Panthers never trailed, taking an 8-4 lead after the first quarter and stretching the margin the rest of the way. Meadow Fann (Binghamton/Binghamton) had five 3-pointers while scoring 19 points and Amarionah Dixon (Elmira/Elmira H.S.) had her second double-double of the season with 17 points and 19 rebounds.
