Athens Area (Penn.) High School's Mackenzie Morgan has signed her NJCAA Letter of Intent to join the Panthers softball program in the fall of 2023. 

Morgan has been starter for the Wildcats since her sophomore year and has played in several travel ball national championships. A class officer and member of the national honor society Rho Kappa, Morgan plans on studying recreational activities at Tompkins Cortland and then continuing on to become a physical therapist.

"Mackenzie is an amazing athlete who can play multiple positions," said Panther Softball coach Ed Dow. "She plays the game with a love and excitement that is unmatched. Mackenzie is a real leader on and off the field and she will bring a contagious energy to the field as well as the dugout."
