Taking to the road for the first time this season, the Tompkins Cortland Community College men's soccer team posted its second-straight shutout, banking North Country Community College 5-0. The Panthers are now 3-0-1 overall and 3-0-0 in Region 3.

Moussa Nomoko (Johannesburg, South Africa/Rand Preparatory School) started the scoring with a goal in the 14^th minute. Vinicius Idalgo (Jacarei, Brazil/Colegio Alcance) netted the next two, the first coming in the 33^rd minute to make the score 2-0 at the half. He followed that up with a goal in the 78^th minute, sparking a late burst that included goals from George Dickinson (Castleford, England/Ackworth School) and Manny Taly (Endicott/Johnson City H.S.) to make the final 5-0.

Jack Phelan (Rockville Centre/South Side H.S.) played the entire game in goal, recording six saves for the shutout.

The Panthers return home Wednesday to host Hudson Valley Community College.
