The Tompkins Cortland Community College men's soccer team dropped to .500 in Mid-State Athletic Conference play with a 4-1 loss at Finger Lakes Community College Sunday. Tompkins Cortland is now 1-1 in the MSAC and 1-4 overall while Finger Lakes is 2-1 in the MSAC and 6-4.

Since the season-opening five-goal outburst, the Panthers haven't been able to get much offense going. After Finger Lakes broke the ice with a goal in the 12th minute, the Panthers found the net on a goal by Abdoul Diagouraga (Brooklyn/Keystone National H.S.) in the 24th minute to tie the score at 1-1. The Lakers added a goal late in the half to take a 2-1 advantage into the break. The second half saw the home team score twice to secure the win.

Terry Paw (Ithaca/Ithaca H.S.) assisted on the goal. Nate Stuart (Fulton/G. Ray Bodley H.S.) had 11 saves in goal for the Panthers.
