In voting done by all the coaches in the region, Tompkins Cortland Community College's Khai Pugh (Syracuse/Nottingham H.S.) has been named to the NJCAA Region 3 Men's Basketball All-Region Team. He is the first Panther voted all-region since Kevin Williams in 2015-16, and the first on the first team since Tyseem Lyles in 2013-14.

Pugh was among the regional leaders in several statistics. He was sixth in Region 3 in scoring (17.5 points per game), third in rebounds (11.3), and fifth in both assists (5.0) and steals (2.3).

He previously was named the Mid-State Athletic Conference Player of the Year.
