Corcoran High's Arthur Williams Commits to Panthers

Arthur Williams

Panthers men's basketball has signed a guard from one of this year's top high school teams. Corcoran High senior Arthur Williams, Jr. has committed to Tompkins Cortland and will arrive on campus for the Fall 2020.

Williams has great size and big-game experience, having helped Corcoran to the Section III, Class AA championship his senior year. The Cougars rolled through the Sectionals, winning all three games by double-digits to claim the school's first title in two decades. The team missed out on the chance to play for a state title when all high school sports were shut down, but Williams and his teammates had already made history.

Coming to Tompkins Cortland, Williams looks to pick up where he left off at Corcoran, bringing great energy and a positive attitude to everything he does on and off the court.
