First-team all-state selection Jourdan Belcher has committed to join the Panthers men's basketball program this fall. The Alexander Hamilton High School senior signed his NJCAA National Letter of Intent to come to Tompkins Cortland.

Belcher was a two-time all-state selection at Hamilton, including first team as a senior during the 2019-20 season. A four-year varsity player, he helped the Red Raiders to two Section I championships, including this year when the team ended the season ranked #1 in the state. He averaged 20 points and 12 rebounds per game as a senior, earning League Player of the Year honors. 

Belcher will study sport management at Tompkins Cortland.
