James Rhodes to committed to the Panthers men's basketball program. The Irvington high senior has signed his NJCAA Letter of Intent to come to Tompkins Cortland this fall.    

 The 6-7 Rhodes was a four-year varsity player for the Bulldogs. He brings a passion for the game and the drive to work hard to maximize his potential.
