Another Close Loss for Panthers Men

The Tompkins Cortland Community College men's basketball team suffered another close defeat Saturday, losing at SUNY Adirondack by a final of 85-77. The Panthers have now lost seven straight games, with five of the losses coming by single digits. Tompkins Cortland is now 6-15 overall while Adirondack is 8-13.

Jonathan Baker (Staten Island/Curtis H.S.) led the team in scoring with 27 points, going 9-for-9 at the free throw line along the way.  Tahleek Weekes (South Queens/Construction H.S.) added 25 points while Jaquan Brown (Bronx/Mott Haven Campus H.S.) had a team-best 10 rebounds.

The Panthers return to Mid-State Athletic Conference play with a Wednesday night game at Onondaga Community College.
