The Westchester County native played for the Panthers from 2021-23, starting in goal and serving as team captain all three seasons. He was a two-time MSAC All-Conference selection and was All-Region 3 once. He set the TC3 single game record for saves (29) and won two varsity letters in high school (Walter Panas H.S.).

Fullerton started his coaching career in 2024 as an assistant at TC3 and with 3d Upstate / 3d Lacrosse. In 2025 he mentored three all-region and 2 all-conference selections, helping the Panthers to the Region 3A Championship game.
