
A Saturday morning face-off in Maryland gave the Panthers lacrosse team a chance for an out-of-region contest. The game in Maryland ended with the Panthers on the short end of a 16-8 final to Anne Arundel Community College. TC3 is now 3-5, Anne Arundel improves to 4-10.
It was a one-point game after the first quarter, but the home team outscored the Panthers 11-3 over the second and third quarters to put the game away. Kenyen Lovett (Rochester/West Irondequoit H.S.) led the Panthers with three goals and an assist. Odanell Gonzalez (Queens/Jamaica H.S.) and Qymani Viera-Powell (Endicott/Union-Endicott H.S.) each had two goals and Dillon Farrell (Endicott/Union-Endicott H.S.) had two assists. Brayden Kitterle (Syracuse/Bishop Ludden H.S.) had one goal and Mark Darling (Cortland/Cortland H.S.) had one assist. Declan Vail (Cortland/Cortland H.S.) had 27 saves in goal.

The Panthers return home for the regular-season finale on Wednesday against Finger Lakes Community College.
