Two members of the Tompkins Cortland Community College lacrosse team have earned postseason honors.

Skylar Running Rabbit (Siksika Nation, Alberta/Strathmore H.S.) was selected both all conference by the Mid-State Athletic Conference and all region by the NJCAA Region 3. Nick McCabe (Binghamton/Chenango Forks H.S.) joined Running Rabbit on the Region 3 all-region team.
