Tompkins Cortland Community College's Nick Cody (Cortland/Cortland H.S.) has been voted to the Mid-State Athletic Conference (MSAC) baseball all-conference team. Voting for the all-conference team was done by the coaches from the six MSAC programs.

Cody was as dominant pitcher as the conference had this season, averaging 14.38 strikeouts per nine innings. He tied the school record for strikeouts in a seven-inning game with 13 in the season-opening complete game win over Jefferson. He had finished the year owning the season and career records for strikeouts.

The Panthers finished 2022 in fourth place in the MSAC.
