Freshman Cody Sayre is the Panthers Athlete of the Week after a big day on Saturday.
Playing both ends of the doubleheader at Jefferson, Sayre went 3-for-6 at the plate and reached base another time with a walk. He also scored three runs and drove in two more, meaning he had a role in over half the team's runs on the day. He also had three stolen bases and was perfect in the field, splitting time between left and right fields.
