Three members of the Panthers golf team took part in the Onondaga Tournament on Saturday, getting the opportunity to play the course that will be used for the Region III Championship Tournament in May. Jake Woods (Cortland/Cortland H.S.) was the top scoring Panther with an 89 with Garrett Davenport (Newfield/Ithaca H.S.) one back at 90. Jacob Beber (Fort Ann/Fort Ann H.S.) came in at an even 100.

Woods ended two strokes out of a top-team finish. The team event was won by Cayuga Community College with a score of 324.

Tompkins Cortland hosts the Panther Invitational Sunday at Elm Tree Golf Course in Cortland.
