Four runners represented Tompkins Cortland Community College at the NJCAA Region 3 championships Saturday. Three men and one woman competed at the event hosted by Finger Lakes Community College.

Elliott Holland (Watkins Glen/Watkins Glen H.S.) was the top Panther, covering the 8K course with a time of 33:32, good for 26^th place. Elijah Griep (Groton/Groton H.S.) came in 47^th place with a time of 36:40 and Dowain Geesey (Lansing/Lansing H.S.) was 51^st at 38:23.

Lila Stone (Groton/Groton H.S.) was the lone female racer for Tompkins Cortland, posting a time of 28:48 over the 5K course. She finished 18^th among women.
