Racing against Region 3 competition for the first time this season, the Tompkins Cortland Community College cross country teams had runners finished squarely in the middle of the field. Running at the Bruce Bridgeman Invitational hosted by Finger Lakes Community College, Ariahna Metzler (Cincinnatus/Cincinnatus H.S.) led the Panthers and earned a top-ten finish by finishing 10^th in the field of 20 of the women's race. Elliott Holland (Watkins Glen/Watkins Glen H.S.) was the top man, crossing at 21^st in the field of 42 on the men's side.

In the men's 8k race, Holland's time was 34:49. Dowain Geesey (Lansing/Lansing H.S.) and Elijah Griep (Groton/Groton H.S.) finished back-to-back at 35^th and 36^th, with times of 40:03 and 41:09, respectively.

The women ran a 5K. Metzler crossed at 27:43 while teammate Lila Stone (Groton/Groton H.S.) was 15^th with a time of 31:38.
