The Tompkins Cortland Community College women's soccer team improved to 3-0 on the season with a 2-0 win over Clinton Community College Saturday. While the Panthers remain perfect, Clinton falls to 0-3.

April Dunn (Odessa-Montour H.S./Alpine) scored what proved to be the game-winner very early, sliding the ball into the net in the ninth minute of play. Despite controlling play and keeping the ball mostly in the offensive end the entire first half, the insurance goal didn't come until early in the second half. Kaylie Yerdon (Cherry Valley H.S./Cherry Valley) delivered the final score of the game in the 58th minute, making the final 2-0.

Kassie Murdock (Stillwater H.S./Stillwater) recorded one save to earn the shutout win in goal.

The Panthers close out the back-to-back weekend by hosting North Country Community College at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
