Returning to Region 3 actin on Saturday, the Tompkins Cortland Community College women's basketball team suffered a 75-45 loss at Herkimer College. Tompkins Cortland is now 7-11 overall and 6-8 in Region 3 play. Herkimer is 12-9 overall and 9-5 in region.

The Panthers weren't able to keep up with the Generals from the start, trailing 18-9 after one quarter and 46-23 at the half. Karissa Wilbur (McGraw/McGraw H.S.) led the Panthers with 17 points and seven steals. Amarionah Dixon (Elmira/Elmira H.S.) added 15 points, eight rebounds, and three blocks.

The Panthers close out the regular season Wednesday at home against Onondaga Community College.
