Struggling on the offensive end in the third quarter, the Tompkins Cortland Community College women's basketball needed a big fourth quarter to rally for a 68-66 win over SUNY Broome Friday night. The comeback leaves the Panthers with an overall record of 7-7 and a mark of 5-3 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Broome is now 8-12 overall and 3-4 in the MSAC.
