Tompkins Cortland Community College sophomore Bailey Rose (Dryden/Dryden H.S.) has been voted to the Mid-State Athletic Conference softball all-conference team. A total of 16 players were selected to the all-conference team by the coaches from the six MSAC programs.

Rose was one of three pitchers selected to the team, but she starred for the Panthers both in the circle and at the plate. She served as the Tompkins Cortland's number on pitcher, throwing more than 80 percent of the innings. She tossed eight complete games, including one shutout, and recorded 54 strikeouts. Offensively she led the team with a batting average of .478, and on-base percentage of .571, and a slugging percentage of .522. She ended the season on an 11-game hitting streak and scored a team-best 16 runs.

The selection of Rose marks the 44th time a Panther softball player has been named to the MSAC all-conference team.
