The Tompkins Cortland men's soccer team ended the season on a high note, shutting out SUNY Adirondack 4-0 on Saturday. The Panthers finish the year with a record of 3-11 while Adirondack ends at 2-12-1.

The four goals marked a new season-high for the Panthers. Jovan Williams (Scotchtown/Pine Bush H.S.) started the offensive with a first-half goal off an assist from Dylon Conklin (Moravia/Southern Cayuga H.S.). The final three scores came in the second half, starting with a goal caused by John Rogers (Lansing/Lansing H.S.). Conklin, who spent most of the season playing goalkeeper, notched his first collegiate goal off an assist from Nathan Stuart (Fulton/G. Ray Bodley H.S.) made it 3-0, and the final score was copy of the first: goal by Williams off an assist from Conklin.

Jonathan Marchello (Lake George/Lake George H.S.) earned his first collegiate win in goal, playing all 90 minutes and posting the shutout on five saves.
