Panthers Men's Soccer Held Scoreless at Erie

The Tompkins Cortland Community College men's soccer team finished Saturday on the wrong end of a shutout score for the second straight game, this time falling to Erie Community College 5-0. The Panthers are now 2-4 overall and 1-4 in Region III. Erie is 5-0-1 overall and 4-0-1 in region.

Erie found the net for the first time in the 13th minute of play, and then made it 2-0 with a score late in the first half. The Panthers couldn't get back into the game as Erie tacked on three scores in the final minutes of play. 

Tompkins Cortland returns home Wednesday to host Fulton-Montgomery Community College at 7 p.m.
