2021 MSAC Coach of the Year

Coach McMullin has finished ten seasons with the Panthers, including eight as head coach. He has been involved in all aspects of the program and has turned the program into a perennial playoff contender. His 2017 squad was the first in program history to advance to the regional championship game, falling to the eventual national champions. The 2017 team also made history by becoming the first in program history to crack the NJCAA National Top Ten, entering the rankings on April 10.

During the pandemic-shortened 2021 season, McMullin and his staff kept the Panthers together, leading the team to the first Mid-State Athletic Conference championship in program history.

Coach McMullin has valuable experience as both a player and coach, having been a standout player both in high school and at Tompkins Cortland. During his time in a Panthers uniform he showed a tremendous ability to put the ball in the net, scoring 21 goals in just seven games. As a coach, he exudes the same energy he brought to the field as a player, helping the team and each player reach their potential on and off the field.
