Tompkins Cortland Community College hosted the first golf tournament of the NJCAA Region 3 season on Friday, welcoming golfers from nine colleges to Elm Tree Golf Course in Cortland. The team event was won by SUNY Niagara with a score of 309.

The Panthers had two golfers participate in the event. Zackary Willson (Dryden/Dryden H.S.) carded a 95 with Andrew Allport (Ithaca/Ithaca H.S.) right behind with a 99.

Looking ahead

Saturday's scheduled tournament in Syracuse has been postponed. The next tournament on the schedule for the Panthers is Friday, April 19 at Hudson Valley.
