Panthers Honored for Academic Excellence

Seven Tompkins Cortland Community College student-athletes have been honored for their academic excellence by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). Bridger Carreau (Marietta, Ga./Lassiter H.S.), Nicole Deselets (Cherry Valley/Cherry Valley H.S.), Sage Garrison (Odessa/Odessa-Montour H.S.), Amanda Green (Lansing/Lansing H.S.), Liam Moneypeny Hall (Dryden/Dryden H.S.), Austin Kulas (Moravia/Moravia H.S.),  and Kaylie Yerdon (Cherry Valley/Cherry Valley H.S.) were recognized for their excellence in the classroom.

Carreau (lacrosse), Hall (men's soccer), and Yerdon (women's soccer) each were named to the first team, which means requires a perfect GPA of 4.0. Deselets (women's soccer), Garrison (women's soccer), Kulas (baseball), Moneypeny Hall (men's soccer) and Green (volleyball and softball) each was named to the second-team, which requires a GPA of at least 3.8.
